This is a basic enclosure for a single 18650 LIPO battery mounted in a plastic spring battery holder, readily available on eBay. The length has been extended and a cut-out added to facilitate installation of a USB battery module with both a micro USB charging input and a 5V boost USB socket output. Such modules can be found on eBay at an affordable price by searching for "micro USB boost charging module". The provided SCAD file allows for the addition of space (e_width) along the side of the battery to accommodate project electronics. STL files have been generated for various sizes, including 0mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm. The 0mm version is designed specifically as a simple battery holder with a 5V USB output. The SCAD file can also be configured to conceal the USB A output socket if it's not needed.
