This is a straightforward single 18650 battery holder; you just need to attach the terminal ends for its operation. Should you require a multiple holder, feel free to mention it and specify whether you prefer side by side or axial arrangement. For small holes, consider using square profile from your printer as it provides better results. In fact, I sourced my terminal ends from a cheap LED lamp whose battery had expired.
