I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of inexpensive import bike lights from Ebay, particularly when it comes to their functionality, except for one glaring issue - the flimsy nylon bags that come with them! Mine inevitably tear after bouncing around and causing a nuisance during their entire lifespan, which is why I wanted something better. This design still utilizes nylon, but I've attempted to make the most of it. Plus, you can print it in ABS and it should function just as well. A notable feature not pictured is the ability to run a 1"x 12" velcro strap through the slots on the outside for added security. By default, it fits a 1.5" tube. I've included STL files for both 4 cell and 6 cell configurations, along with the SolidWorks file.
