18650 battery holder for 24 pairs of cells

thingiverse

This is an update on my previous design. Summary I designed a battery holder to fit 24 pairs of 18650 cells from recycled laptop batteries in two rows. The purpose is to create a parallel block for use in a small DIY powerwall with 48P configuration. The "bus bar" slot will accept a 6mm2 twisted copper cable, which I harvested from a mains power cable. Print two per block. I printed one in red and the other in black. To assemble a 7S48P pack producing a 24v output, you'll need to print 14 of these battery holders.
