This is a compact end cap designed specifically for 18650 batteries. Print the single part, and it should fit snugly over your positive connection, keeping it securely covered. For added safety during transportation, print two parts and connect them with a length of filament between them. A longer piece allows you to twist the caps together for an even tighter seal. File Contents: Single 18650 cap with notch for filament insertion Filament hole gauge: Sizes range from smallest (1.8mm) to largest (2.2mm): 1.8mm, 1.9mm, 2.0mm, 2.1mm, 2.2mm Keep in mind that each 3D printer has its own unique tolerances. What works perfectly on my machine may not work as well on another one. To ensure the best results, print a test piece and try different filament hole diameters before committing to a full print job.
