Here is the rewritten text: This is a box to assemble a 6S Li-ion 18650 battery. It was originally designed as a drone battery case but also works well for the TS100 soldering iron. It includes a balance port and an XT60 port. The 3D printed parts are: the cover, top, welding template, triangle, and bottom. The transport plugs for the ports are made of TPU. You will need: - Samsung INR18650-35E 3450mAh - 10A batteries available here: https://www.nkon.nl/en/rechargeable/li-ion/18650-size/samsung-inr18650-35e-refurbished.html - Nickel sheets 0.15x8x100: https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32962881106.html - Silicone cable for balance wires 24 AWG: https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32835871902.html - XT60 ports: https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32955886178.html - JST XH 7P balance ports: https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B079MJ1RYN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Tin, soldering iron, hot glue I made a spot welder with a microwave transformer and control board https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32808302953.html I printed the cover and top at the same time on top of each other (see Simplify 3D screenshot), which saves supports and looks great. Avoiding a first layer that's too thick can prevent problems when separating the cover from the top. **WARNING**: The XT60 and JST ports have exposed pins, be careful! You will need TPU printed plugs to transport them or you'll take your chances. It weighs 340g.
