This is an 18650 battery case for 3s2p arrangements with a BMS. I recommend using this for relatively low current applications and gauge your wires accordingly. I have been charging/discharging mine at ~12 volts, 2 amps with no problems. The batteries may be able to slide around before the wire is added. With the wire it should be a tight fit. Materials 1 case 2 tabs Stranded wire (I used 20awg) BMS The Build Print out the case with build plate supports, and two tabs. Strip and wrap ~5cm of wire around one side of the tab. Slide the tab through the center slot. Strip and wrap another 5 cm of wire around the other side. Do the same for both ends. The spring side will need more than 5 cm per slot. Glue or solder the wires so they don't come loose. (Be careful with the heat.) Run the wires to your BMS. (Soldering new wires to the tabs can be easier than trying to strip and wrap the center of a wire.)
