18650 2S Battery Case with BMS 8A
thingiverse
I'm designing a 18650 battery case that holds and charges two pieces at once. The case is also designed to host a 2S 8A Balance 18650 Li-ion Lithium Battery BMS Charger and features channels for cable management. To connect the batteries, I use 2 flat head M4 screws as positive contacts and cone head M4 screws with springs as negative contacts. On the other side of the screws, I make the cable connections. I should have marked polarity on the case, but since I'm using springs to indicate negative polarity, I overlooked it. However, I've designed curved points on the case to place the positive contact, which makes it easier to remove the batteries. If you want to print the entire package at once, use the "ALL" file. You can also find separate STL files for printing different combinations of components.
