Building the case requires milling and printing files to assemble the structure. The base model is a B&W outdoor.cases Typ 1000, sourced from the German Amazon platform. The case can accommodate three layers of 3S9P batteries, allowing for ample space to fit in two layers as 3S18P (12V 52Ah) or six layers as 6S9P (24V 26Ah). To build the case, I used 6.5mm plywood and covered it with black Orastick material.
