thingiverse
The arms are precision-cut from 1/8-inch thick G10, while the rest of the plates are crafted from 1/16-inch thick G10. The design centers around utilizing a 26mm cased FPV camera such as the Runcam Swift or HS1177, with the top plate engineered to accommodate an ET200R VTx or other transmitters sharing a similar footprint. You will need: * 4 x 1/4-inch 4-40 button head screws * 4 x 1.5-inch long 3/16-inch hex size 4-40 aluminum standoffs * 12 x 3/8-inch 4-40 button head screws * 8 x 4-40 thin nylon insert locknuts Assembly is straightforward, simply refer to the accompanying photos for guidance. When installing the FPV cam mount plates into the center plates' slots, exercise patience as they are a tight fit. Begin by inserting the hook side of the tab first and gently push forward while rocking the rest of the tab into place. It is recommended to test this fit before fully assembling the frame. Note: The design has been updated to include arms for creating a 210mm version compatible with 5-inch props. Use the "Arm 210" file to fabricate a 210-sized frame and the "Arm" file to create a 180-sized frame.
