I wouldn't have chosen to purchase an acrylic disc in the first place - it made more sense just to print it out instead. This model is 3mm thick, so feel free to scale it up on the Z-axis if you need something a bit larger. I printed mine with 15% honeycomb infill and circular solid infill settings turned on. To give it a sturdy base, I added three solid layers at the top and bottom - going for more might help mask the underlying honeycomb structure.
