180 Mini Quad

This is my Modification of Alpinedrones great 180 unibody. I have customised this to suit RCX H1306-3200 motors with Little Bee 20A ESC's. 4045 bullnose props I made a recess for the motor to sit in, this is 2mm thick and allows correct fitting of the screws, the triangular cutouts are to allow air flow for cooling and a rectangular hole for the motor wires to pass through without stress. I have then brought them up and around and direct onto the ESC. So far the assembly of this machine has been very nice, as you can see from the photos I put a 50mm length of 5mm heat shrink over the motor wires, this just makes it look neater from the under side, standard small cable ties to hold it all in place. I am working on the top plate as well, I am trying something a little different in that I am mounting a Nase32 Rev6 and the Rx module (stacked) to the underside of the top plate I am not sure how this will work out but half the fun of experimenting.
