I built this filament guide for my printer by designing a 180-degree turnaround for the material. It's meant to be mounted on 1/8" flat aluminum bar (I'm using 3/4" x 1/8") with one M3 machine screw and nut. The bearing used is an 8mm inside, 22mm outside, 7mm wide skateboard bearing. I plan to glue the "cap" piece in place after inserting the bearing and roller piece, but it may need post-print sanding as intended.
