18 mm watch strap with micro SD slot

This is a model for a 3D printed watch strap with a micro SD slot. The TPU Settings were as follows : - layer height : 2 mm- 5 Perimeters- Infill 20%- Infill : Gyroid- Nozzle Temp : 235°C- Bed Temp : 60°C The PETG was printed with the following settings : - layer height : 2 mm- 5 Perimeters- Infill does not matter - Nozzle Temp : 245°C- Bed Temp : 70°CAssembly of this watch strap is simple, insert the 18 mm spring bars through the two ends where the watch will be in contact with. For the buckle assembly use the 20 mm spring bar as the pin. First insert the spring bar into half of the buckle insert on the strap and then align the buckle pin to the spring bar and pass the spring bar through the pin and through the other end of the strap. Then place the bucle through one end and bend it slightly for it to pass over the other end of the spring bar. This model serves as a proof of concept and will be further iterated upon.
