This thing was designed with the help of a tool that allows users to personalize things. Using these customization options: A bore with a diameter of 10 is what I am starting with. The thickness of the hub has been set to 10. 20 was chosen for the diameter of the hub. 1 has been set as clearance. To make the gear more accurate, involute facets have been increased to 20. There are no twists in this gear since it's a zero-twist design. A circular pitch of 400 is the standard. The rim width was selected at 5 millimeters thick. 10 mm was chosen for the gear thickness. .5 mm has been selected as the backlash. The pressure angle was set at 21 degrees. 0 was selected for the build plate number. The rim was designed with a thickness of 10 mm in mind. A total of 17 teeth have been incorporated into this design, numbered one to seventeen. 0 was chosen for the number of circles.
