New Version, Redesigned for Efficiency: Bolts are mounted backwards on the new model to ensure seamless installation on a bike seat post without hassle. To achieve this design, I used advanced editing tools in FreeCAD, precision-cutting and tweaking each component for maximum effectiveness. Key improvement includes tilting the extension arm at an exact 17° angle, enabling smooth camera mounting above or below without compromising function. This upgraded design seamlessly integrates with bigger action cams like Contour cameras, elevating performance. Instructions Rebuilt from the Ground Up: Initially taking item 62800 as a starting point, I meticulously converted all mesh objects to Solid forms in FreeCAD. Utilizing the robust capabilities of this software, I skillfully removed unnecessary sections and rearranged parts for improved efficiency. Saving the result as an STL file allowed me to efficiently rectify any discrepancies, particularly those pesky holes and missing triangles that can cause system failures, using a professional service available online at https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net/.
