Mounting a 16x16mm Flight Controller on 20x20mm Holes Requires Some Adaptation. The adapter can be fixed in place using glue or standoffs for added stability. I specifically designed this adapter for use with the XJB mini frame, which has a compact footprint of 75mm. While the larger ESCs that fit on 20x20mm holes are convenient, they do block airflow, creating a less-than-ideal environment for heat dissipation. By using a 16x16mm Flight Controller and ESC stack instead, you can achieve better airflow and improve overall performance in this compact setup.
