I recently acquired an outdated quadcopter frame that only features 16x16mm motor mount holes. As a result, I purchased some 19x19mm motors, assuming I had bought the latest version of the frame. To rectify this issue, I created a guide that fits into the 3mm mounting holes and stays in place while tracing the outline of the 19x19mm holes. With a drill, Dremel or grinder, you can easily remove... and achieve success.
