I refined PerryT's outstanding chessboard design to print in only four sections instead of nine on my RaiseN2 printer's 300x300mm bed. I left PerryT's clever "puzzle" connectors intact, ensuring they fit snugly just like on his original model. They assembled effortlessly for me without requiring any hammering - a perfect fit every time. The chess pieces and tiles were printed in PolyMaker's new material, boasting a silky smooth, glossy finish. In comparison to the original design, I made the tiles thinner and the frame thicker, and gave the tile tops a sleek, flat surface instead of a honeycomb pattern. While a resolution of 290 microns was chosen for speed, a more precise setting of 200 or lower would produce an even nicer result.
