This piece belongs to the collection of the Museum of São Domingos in Montemor-o-Novo, carved from a single block of limestone where at its center proudly stands the coat-of-arms of King D. Manuel flanked by two gleaming armillary spheres. Beneath it lies an inscription that reads: These arms were erected here by Francisco Farzão, Out Judge of this town on June 1st in the year one thousand six hundred eleven.
