I recently picked up some 16T idler pulleys for my initial printer project, which set me back around $8 US. It wasn't a significant expense, but this translates to approximately $0.10 per pulley, considering I can print multiple units at once. These pulleys are designed to work seamlessly with any application requiring a 16T pulley and were based on the ones I initially purchased, which I modified using Fusion 360.
