16mm Tri-Copter Boom Servo Mount and Motor Plate

This is an improved tri-copter boom mount designed specifically for 16mm carbon tube. It incorporates two 6x13mm bearings that are secured in place with a robust 6x55mm bolt, supported by two reliable 6mm nylon lock nuts. The setup relies on either flexible turnbuckles or durable standard servo wire for smooth operation. This innovative design yields seamless performance and has undergone extensive testing. Previous versions of this boom mount were prone to failure during flight. A significant update addresses these issues by introducing a strengthened motor mount that has been optimized for reliability. In addition, the servo arm mount hole has been relocated below the boom mount hole, enabling the secure use of screws through both components.
