16mm lens mount for Raspberry Pi Camera V2

We're adding the Pimoroni lens accessory set to our inventory at Solarbotics, so we decided to give one a try for a project (The CAM001 can be found at https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/3-in-1-camera-lens-set). Clamping it neatly onto the Pi Camera V2 proved not easy, so we created a screw-in mount. Since I was unsure of the thread size on these accessories, I designed a "best guess" model based on 0.75mm pitch and 16mm diameter, which seems to fit well enough.
