16mm Grocery Bag Hook

My wife wanted a place to store grocery bags better, so she came up with the idea of building a hook that could fit over the shelf in the broom closet to hang them there. This design is very basic - it provides a lot more functionality than style. I've included the Sketchup file for anyone who wants to improve on it. The shelves in our cupboard are 16mm thick, which is equivalent to about 5/8 of an inch.
