These printed pieces, along with a 2ft section of 4" PVC pipe, an end cap, a 36" length of flat punched bar, and a few bolts make a processing stage for a 16mm film processing machine. The film stock is threaded over one of the top rollers, under the bottom roller, and back up over the other top roller. The film can then be slowly pulled through the tank to immerse it, roughly 48 inches at a time, in any chemical solution that won't eat through the pipe. The "top mount" holds a pair of rollers and bolts onto the flat bar. It then rests on the top of the PVC pipe. The spacer piece is provided to prevent the free-hanging bottom of the flat bar from swinging, keeping the bottom roller firmly centered in the pipe. The bottom mount piece provides an attachment point for a 1/4" bolt at the bottom of the flat bar, to be used as an axle for the bottom roller. Corrosion-resistant hardware is recommended for the bolts here, especially a locking nut for the axle so that the rotation of the roller doesn't move it.
