Freestanding pods designed to mount a pair of 165mm car speakers in my boat. I intend to add grills later, but for now this looks good with the fancy speaker internals on display. Use stubby self-tap screws for the speaker mounting, the oval holes in the pod rim are to help with this. Other holes for soundflow/style, with a dedicated one for the cables. There are two 5mm mount holes 25mm apart underneath the base, with a 10mm dia. nut/washer recess. Print as orientated in the STL, no supports needed. I used a translucent filament which gives a nice (to me, anyway..) crazy effect from the infill.
