16" Quadcopter frame

16" Quadcopter frame

thingiverse

This easy-to-make frame, designed in just half an hour, is ideal for use with 10" props on heavier quadcopters (over 1kg). If you want to lighten it further, consider using 3mm acrylic instead of 6mm plywood for the wings. Many thanks to fablab77 at Fablab-MIS&S for their assistance and guidance. Lasercut or mill all components accurately (the holes are specifically 3mm), then follow the gallery photos for assembly. You'll need four top wings, four bottom wings, four footers, four spacers, and one or two central boards.
