16.9oz zephyrhills water bottle sleeve / holder

I love Zephyrhills water, but the plastic is so thin and the bottoms are often wobbly and malformed, so I designed this sleeve to fit the 16.9 oz sized water bottles. No more crackling water bottle when you you pick it up and it feels good in your hands. Ribs inside the sleeve lock the bottle in place so that you can unscrew the cap without the bottle slipping. I designed this in Fusion 3D and have been using and making them for friends for a couple years now and finally decided to share my design. The Zephyrhills water bottles are 65mm in diameter, so if you have another brand which that size, it should work. This prints with no supports in both PLA and ABS. I just got a MARS 2 Pro SLA printer and printed my first resin version. I included a thin bottom ring that can be glued to the bottom to further stabilize the bottle. Over time, the center of the bottom layers tend to sag and prevent a solid footing which is why I came up with the ring. When printing the SLA resin model, you may have problems with the resin pulling away from the FEP. I reduced the lift rate by 75% on the bottom layers to overcome this. I also added a large hole in the bottom so there would not be so much surface tension, but that might have been overkill. I also reduced the Z height by 5% to ensure it would fit in my Mars 2 Pro with the WhamBam flex plate, but I don't think it was necessary. The grey sleeve is the one I printed in resin. The Red one is ABS with Acetone smoothing applied, and the others are PLA.
