Each piece features an M5 nut that fits internally. Due to the design's ease of printing, users can successfully produce them using their machines. These parts work well as the framework for our assembly. For optimal results with the given design specifications, a shell thickness of 0.8 mm combined with 25% filling should be sufficient. One potential weak point exists in this system: when using an aluminum hollow section profile, it may require extra caution when tightening the screw. In order to avoid stripping the thread or damaging any surrounding parts, tighten the screw only slightly to ensure a secure connection without compromising its structural integrity.
