Build Parameters 0 indicates the print surface must be clean with a suitable level of texture before starting the build process. Angle Settings * Pressure angle of 25 reduces pressure at the tip of the teeth for less stress and improved performance in harsh conditions. Circumferential Pitch Values The circular pitch of 400 increases efficiency, however reduces wear on individual gears with each rotation. Gear Configuration Options * No circular configurations or custom designs can be selected for more versatile prints with a single build plate Printing Parameters The rim thickness should not exceed six in order to allow sufficient movement for smooth gear action. Parameters Specific to Gears Twisted teeth must remain unaltered from their default angle setting and bore through diameters will follow specified sizes to maintain performance at its best. Gear Options A suitable number of teeth, with a hub diameter larger than the base allows enough clearance on one side, enabling easy gear separation during operation
