Type 3C computer from Star Trek the Original Series. This variant is seen in "The Immunity Syndrome" in Kirk's quarters. Configuration "C" is the same as "A" except the segmented panel and acrylic rods have been removed. Unfortunately it was impossible to model the correct amount of buttons and lights, because all of the computer details were exaggerated for 15mm scale.
