Here's what I've done so far with my scaled up model based on the Ologhzul's original design at epic scale that was intended for reference only: it won't work with 15mm scale models, mainly because of hollow treads between the walls which cause issues like walls falling off the tread when printed this large. So, I added a solid layer in the middle of the tread sides using boolean operations and allowed infill at 10% to make the model more sturdy. This means that you can give the model better internal structure. On February 20th, 2016, after updating my model with all suggestions: I scaled up the whole design by ten percent, extended its length too by another ten percent and also modified laser cut settings on sides for improved flat prints; all three guns are set to attach properly now thanks to some modifications involving tabs and slots for easier assembly. In terms of printing these models - first one came out without any supports but probably needs it anyway because those small parts could do with extra help in case they fall apart from being so tiny, second model was printed WITH support and the outcome varied depending on your own slicer settings or specific type printer you have available for work.
