15mm 2.5" HDD rack w/ feet

Like the SSD stacker, but for 15mm 2.5" hard drives. Also, I didn't like needing to remove the all the drives together just to pull out the bottom drive, so I copied some feet from [here](https://www.printables.com/model/342894-node-304-ssd-caddy) and used M3 8mm screws and nuts to affix the rack to my case's mounting plate before adding any of the drives.
