15ml/0.5oz conical measuring cylinder with spout

I created an aerosol sprayer for my garden that uses a concentrated formula, and I designed this measuring cylinder to accurately dispense it. The wide top makes pouring the concentrate easy, while the conical shape lets me see exactly when it's full - indicated by a groove 2/3 of the way up. A spout at the bottom allows me to pour the concentrate into my aerosol sprayer with precision. This measuring cylinder is currently designed for 15ml or 0.5oz, but since printing processes vary, it won't be exact, so I used Taulman t-glase to print it, which has two big advantages: it's transparent and prints are watertight (and also food safe!). The total material usage is about 7g of material, which costs around 65c. The OpenSCAD file isn't fully parameterized correctly yet. I didn't include equations to calculate the height for a given volume, nor did I work out the math behind the spout's design.
