I've matched my LC circuit for a 15-meter High Wire Efficiency Factor (HWEF) antenna, comprising nine turns of 0.65mm copper wire and approximately 20cm of RG58 cable, achieving a Half Wave End Fed configuration with an impedance of about 3.5k ohms to the 50-ohm input of my transceiver.
