1515 Kossel Plus Magnetic Carriage

This is a simple carriage that works seamlessly with magnetic ball joints and Delrin or POM wheels on 1515 extrusions. Materials and methods Deltaprintr sells 9 carriage wheels with bearings for $20: http://deltaprintr.com/shop/hardware/carriage-wheel/ You will also need the standard M3 bolts, washers and nuts: 3 M3x25 bolts for the axles. 3 M3 washers as spacers. 3 M3 nyloc nuts to hold the wheels on. 1 M3x35 bolt for pretensioning. 1 M3 nyloc nut for pretensioning. 2 ball studs. 2 M3 nylock nuts to hold the ball studs on. I'm offering them for $1 each, plus shipping. haydn.huntley@gmail.com Aug. 2, 2016: Modified the carriage to add a place to attach a string, so that you can use a string with a spring to act as a safety in case something happens and the magnetic joint separates. This can also be used to supplement the magnetic attraction.
