1515 extrusion twist in led strip clips
thingiverse
Update: Added an open wider version of the clips for easier installation. When viewed from the front at a lower angle, you can now see the edge of the strip clearly; I printed around 45 open clips and inserted them end-to-end to cover the bottom edge of the LED strip effectively. To ensure secure placement, I used one old closed clip on each end, although it's unlikely needed. Twist and lock clips are designed specifically for use with 1515 extrusions and 10mm waterproof LED strips. I successfully installed an LED strip in the front of my Railcore printer using these clips; they were attached to the bottom side of the front top extrusion, concealed by the printer's front face. Two versions are available: one with 0.96mm thick walls and another with 1.44mm thick walls; both are intended for printing with a .40 nozzle and .48 pathways.
