By popular demand, I've created this ACME-style conformal rail guide for high-power rockets and mid-power rockets. It perfectly matches the 98mm airframe rocketry tubing and will fit snugly onto the 1515 size of 8020 aluminum extrusion rail. There are two main versions (chamfered and rounded) with three distinct lengths that can be securely glued on. The short length measures 38mm (1.5 inches), providing a compact design. The medium length is 50mm (2 inches), offering a balance between size and functionality. The long length stretches to 75mm (3 inches), providing extra support. Recommended infill density: 100% Optimal filament recommendations: For E-F motors, use PLA for its excellent print quality and durability. For G-H motors, opt for PETG, which offers superior strength and chemical resistance. For I-J motors, ABS is the recommended choice due to its exceptional heat tolerance.
