I printed mine using 35% infill with ABS material, but be aware that PLA isn't suitable for car usage in warmer climates.\r\n\r\nTo assemble the arm, print one of each side (hex and hole) separately.\r\n\r\nLet me know if you'd like a custom length for your RAM arm. I'll post some pictures if there's enough interest in this design.\r\n\r\nI'm considering adding angles to the ends, similar to a dog leg. Share your thoughts on this idea.\r\n\r\nUPDATE: 28th Nov 2017 - uploaded new STL file with improved fillets and adjusted bolt hole size for better performance.
