I've found that using 10 of them reveals a critical flaw in the 20mm XYZ cube's calibration capabilities. The deviation from 0.1mm to 20mm can result in a maximum deviation of 1mm on an object measuring 200mm. My own XYZ cubes were calibrated to precise measurements: 20.05mm, 20.04mm, and 20.02mm. However, when I printed a 150x150x10mm rectangular shape using these values, the actual dimensions measured were 151x150.9x9.98mm. To rectify this issue, I designed a calibration cross measuring 150mm x 150mm. After printing was complete, I allowed it to cool down to room temperature before taking measurements of the axes. To ensure accurate readings, I placed the cross on a flat surface - a table - as the axes are incredibly thin and flexible due to design constraints aimed at conserving filament and reducing printing time.
