150mah RC battery holder

150mah RC battery holder

thingiverse

I have several small RC helicopters and I needed a case to hold the batteries for them. I'd seen other holders on Thingiverse but I wanted something that could withstand being taken into the field. So I built one with a cover that would protect it from damage. The case holds 24 batteries, has a large "1" and "0" on the front to denote charged or spent batteries, and accommodates 12 of each. It works very well with E-flite batteries, both 25C and 45C. I haven't tried it with other batteries yet, but if your batteries are slightly larger, you might need to increase the size of the case by a small percentage to get it to fit properly. This thing was designed with Tinkercad. You can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/46v0r9qOoSq. Print Settings: * Printer: Highly modified TwoUp * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.40 * Infill: 20% * Notes: Printed in PETG, it should work well with any thermoplastic.
