Grab and Lift Robot: A 150g Combat Robot Design This robot is a simple build that requires minimal extra tools, making it an ideal project for beginners. The .STEP file is attached for those who want to modify or edit the design. This robot is designed for nondestructive combat against other robots, using flippers, hammers, and wedges. However, you will need to make some modifications to use it in full combat mode, such as adding 0.5mm titanium wedges. Assembly Tricks: You can attach the flipper to the servo arm using a paper clip, cutting off any excess after bending it into shape. Alternatively, tapping the servo arm to accept an M2 bolt is a better option. The Lego hub has tolerances that make it easy to print with minimal effort, but you may need to use a tighter tolerance version if necessary. I recommend using #3 plastite for the top plate and wedge. You can also buy specialized wheels to save weight if needed. Although Lego wheels work great and are much cheaper. SC-2110p ProComp: http://www.132slotcar.us/store/product_info.php?products_id=4523
