Assemble one 150mm and one 200mm ring-type kite line spool using acrylic or wood parts cut from our provided file design. Firstly, remove any unwanted materials from the pieces. Next, lay one ring on a flat surface, inserting the internal remnant piece within its hole to hold cross-braces in place for cementing. Place some but not all cross-braces in the rim's notches and gently add the top piece with the second internal remnant. After ensuring ribs span the gap and support the top piece, cement them in place using a plastic weld adhesive. Allow joints to cure before attaching bottom joints. Optional steps include sanding edges for safety and be aware that failure may occur due to collapsed ribs. Remember, this design has only been assembled once with acrylic 150mm spool, not yet tested during flight.
