This rack holder is designed to securely hold up to 12 x 15 ml conical tubes on a rotator using its bottom and top parts, which screw together tightly. To load the apparatus quickly and easily, simply place it on the device, ensuring that it remains intact as you handle the loaded tube holder, where tubes are held in place only by pressure applied to the plates. Recommended print settings include a 0.2 mm layer height, 50% or more infill, and four shells. It's essential to add sufficient infill when printing this model to prevent the holder from crushing when attaching it. The Prusa i3 MK3 prints this design very well. When selecting materials for printing, PETG is recommended due to its stability, but our PLA model has also proven to be a great fit and works perfectly, despite potential shrinkage issues that might affect tube size.
