For enhanced print quality and aesthetic appeal, use a $10 sheet of 2mm acrylic and a $5 plastic container as an enclosure for your Replicator. To achieve this, purchase a 2mm 18" x 24" acrylic sheet and a Sterilite 15 5/8" x 12" x 9 3/8" stack bin model 1287. Print two sets of side holders, one set of front holders, and one set of knobs before cutting the acrylic to dimensions of 15in x 8 3/4in for the front panel and 8 3/4" x 8 3/4" for the sides, with overlapping top edges. Secure the knobs by aligning and gently tapping them into place.
