OFFICIAL SCX24 TUBE CHASSIS OF @LITTLEGUYRACINGSERIES This purchase includes the body panels, accessories, and of coruse chassis to build your Trail Ripper kit on your Axial SCX24 rc car. THIS CHASSIS WAS DESIGNED: - To have a 150mm - 160mm wheelbase acheivable with the right combination of STOCK SCX24 links or building custom links using the scx24 rod ends sold on shapeways (printed link kits specifically for this chassis will be available soon but you will still need the rod ends) - To use a 4 link servo mount and EMAX ES08MD or savox servo - To use scx24 mil-stone wheel wideners or hot racing extended axles. The hood is designed to have 1) 6mm or 1/4" OD X 2mm tall magnets which you will glue two of them to the chassis and a thing magnetic washer to the hood they are available on amazon. The battery is meant to Velcro in the forward most tray in the chassis with Dimensions: 45mm Length x 25mm Width x 17mm Height. The TATTU 450mah 7.4v lipo with those dimensions fit perfect. Shock mounts are designed for ability of various ride height or various shock packages such as stock, hot racing, cr-24, or cariama shocks will all fit on the chassis side, some will require modifications on your end to adapt parts over but they will physically fit. YOU DO NOT USE THE STOCK FRAME RAILS WITH THIS CHASSIS. You will slide the skid plate directly into the bottom of the chassis without frame rails.Wheel wideners are highly recommended for this chassis to improve handling and avoid tire contact with frame. Holes may need to be chased with a 1mm or 1.2mm drill bit after printing. BODY PANELS use 1.2mm or 1.4mm X 4mm hardware 050 size motors or "barrage" motors will not fit without slight modification to the firewall section. If you choose to run a spare on this chassis, the bed cover panel has mounts on the bottom side but to keep the clean look if not running a spare, you will have to chose which hole you want to use and drill out selected hole from the bottom side. Designed to use a 2mm bolts to hold the tire down The chassis is beefy but it is not indestructible.
