15" (38 cm) Fabric Pot Stand
thingiverse
I designed a stand to hold my plants upright since having them submerged in water isn't ideal. Commercial stands didn't cut it; they were either too low or flimsy, and some had poor chrome plating. Through experimentation with different sizes, I initially thought a 60-degree segment would work well. Two segments printed on the print bed would yield one stand, but that plan fell short. I shifted to a 90-degree design that barely fits on a Prusa i3 print bed when printing without a perimeter. To get one complete stand, you'll need four prints. The segments fit together with minimal play. If you want a smaller size, scale the file in Slic3r or Cura. However, scaling may eventually render the interlock features too small to print; I haven't tested this yet, so proceed at your own risk.
