When relocating to a new dwelling, it's not uncommon for loose parts to go missing, such as the nut that secures cheap furniture like a table or desk from Target. In my case, I recently misplaced one and decided to create a replacement instead of searching for the original. While it may not be as durable as metal, this homemade nut is still an improvement over nothing at all. However, please note that it's not intended for use in situations where reliability is crucial.
