I created this custom battery holder specifically for a 14500 Li-Ion battery that fits seamlessly into the Techlight 200 flashlight, which I purchased from Costco. This innovative design is an excellent cost-effective alternative to using three AAA batteries, significantly reducing costs in the long run. To enhance the overall performance and lifespan of the battery, this design incorporates an open layout to facilitate airflow, preventing overheating caused by a solid enclosure that might otherwise occur with other designs.
