144mm Sprocket guard 4 bolt
thingiverse
I needed a custom sprocket cover for my bike, so I quickly drew one up. The design is simple yet effective, with a diameter of 144mm and a 4-screw mount pattern. I planned to use 3mm self-tapping screws for mounting. I hope this solution works for others as well. I will post photos of the installed part shortly. Updated on July 29, 2018: I simplified the design to reduce print time. Additionally, I noticed that the holes were not symmetrical as intended. I corrected the issue and plan to reprint the part soon to verify its accuracy. Thank you! Updated on August 4, 2018: After installing the sprocket cover, I discovered that the mount holes in my front sprocket were not symmetric. To resolve this issue, I relocated two of the holes. The part printed in ABS and installed successfully this afternoon, and it fits perfectly now. Based on my observations, I suspect that the front sprocket holes on all models may be slightly off-symmetrical. If you encounter any fitting issues, please let me know so I can adjust the design and upload an updated version for your use.
